There are 5 bedrooms, the attic had been converted to a room which is Demetri .The rest of the family have there own room, Demetri's parents share a room,but most parents do. There is good sized living room that leads off to a open kitchen and dinning room. There is a walk in pantry off the kitchen as well. The back yard is simple, as it mostly had a garden and a pool.
